Trial, subscription, and service rules.

1. Service
GRANI provides VPN access through available applications and infrastructure.
2. Account
The user is responsible for access to email, device, and sign-in credentials.
3. Trial
Verified sign-in grants 72 hours without a card. The trial creates no subscription.
4. Billing and subscription
The Android app offers subscriptions through Google Play under terms shown before confirmation. A separate one-time website purchase via SBP is not available yet; once launched, its price, duration, and payment method will be shown before purchase. Use the same GRANI account as in the app to receive access.
5. Renewal and receipt
Google Play subscriptions renew under Google Play terms until canceled. A one-time website purchase does not renew automatically. Once website checkout launches, an electronic fiscal receipt will be sent to the email supplied at purchase.
6. Devices
The current limit is up to 5 devices per account.
7. Acceptable use
Attacks, malware, infringement, and unlawful activity are prohibited.
8. Suspension
Access may be temporarily limited for abuse, security risk, or a binding requirement.
9. Availability
GRANI does not guarantee operation on every network, in every country, or with every third-party service.
10. Updates
Applications and infrastructure may be updated for security, compatibility, and service development.
11. Cancellation
Cancel a Google Play subscription in Google Play to prevent its next renewal; paid access normally continues through the period. A one-time website purchase has no renewal to cancel.
12. Refunds
Google Play purchases follow Google Play policy and applicable law. For website purchases once checkout launches, contact support@granilink.com from your account email; we will review the request under applicable law and explain the refund process. A corresponding electronic refund receipt will be issued for website refunds.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, GRANI is not liable for indirect loss or failures of external networks and services.
14. Termination
Access may end after a material breach, a legal requirement, or discontinuation of the service.
15. Windows beta
The Windows build is provided for testing without stability or code-signing guarantees.
16. Changes
Material changes are published with a new date and required notice is provided where applicable.
17. Age
The user must have the age and legal capacity required to accept these terms in their jurisdiction.
